LIBERTY - Elsie Francis Dobrovolec Racich, 88, formerly of Girard, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at Liberty Health Care.
She was born April 18, 1926, the daughter of Anthony and Francis Masel Dobrovolec.
