WARREN - Tracy A. Knowlton, 47, died Friday, April 25, 2014, at St. Joseph Health Center following complications from lung cancer.
She was born Nov. 17, 1966, in Warren, the daughter of William M. Barr and Dorothy Ferry Barr.
