BROOKFIELD - Richard Phillip Armintrout Sr., 82, of Brookfield, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at Community Skilled Health Care Centre.
He was born Jan. 29, 1932, in East Liverpool, the son of Adison Orville and Susan Butchkill.
