WARREN - Joseph C. Downing, 85, died Thursday, April 17, 2014, at his home.
He was born Feb. 7, 1929, in Greene, the son of Charles and Electa Hitchcock Downing.
Joseph was the owner of Uncle Joe's Lounge, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
