YOUNGSTOWN - Linda K. Uher, 57, died Monday, April 14, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Health Center after a battle with cancer.
She was born Feb. 7, 1957, in Youngstown, the daughter of Raymond B. and Betty K. Hanifan Norri.
