WARREN - Carl L. Dittmer, 83, of Warren, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Carl was born Nov. 20, 1930, the son of Leo and May Dittmer in Bruin, Pa. He grew up in Butler and attended schools there.
