FOWLER - Andrea Joyce Cleland, 56, of Fowler, passed away Thursday morning, April 10, 2014, at her home after a short illness.
She was born Dec. 10, 1957, in Sharon, Pa., the daughter of Albert Hamilla and Dorothy O'Hare Gentile.
