HOWLAND - Jane C. Mager, 89, passed away at 10:21 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2014, at St. Joseph Health Center.
Jane was born Feb. 25, 1925, in Lorain, the daughter of Frank Eli and Hattie Ada Burgett Raymond.
