FOWLER - Margaret Ann Tincher, 74, of Fowler, died at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
She was born on June 11, 1939, in Warren, the daughter of Murray and Mabel Beagle Kepple.
