FARMDALE - Robert "Bob" Powers, 77, of Farmdale, passed away Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014.
He was born Sept. 17, 1936, in East Liverpool, the son of Hubert and Elizabeth Flinn Powers.
Bob was a former plant manager at Airco Gases.
