NEWTON FALLS - Richard R. Westfall, 61, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Oct. 18, 1952, in Akron, the son of the late Carl and Fredia Nelson Westfall.
