HOWLAND - Arthur E. Vaughn, 93, of Howland, passed away in his sleep Sunday evening, Feb. 2, 2014, at The Manor at Autumn Hills in Niles.
He was born Dec. 30, 1920, in West Middlesex, Pa., the son of Vern and Leona Sheehan Vaughn.
