YOUNGSTOWN - Ina Rae Miller, 77, died Sunday afternoon, Jan. 26, 2014, at Hospice House following a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 1, 1936, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Maxine Williamson Weinrich.
