YOUNGSTOWN - Albert G. "Spanky" Davis Jr., 38, died Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
He was born Nov. 20, 1975, in Youngstown, the son of Albert G. and Mary Ann Casey Davis.
