HILLSBORO, Fla. - James Virgil Tabor, 76, of Hillsboro, formerly of Warren, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at the Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Fla.
He was born Dec. 27, 1937 in Olive Hill, Ky., the son of Harlan and Edna Boyd Tabor.
