MINERAL RIDGE - Alberta J. Heeter, 88, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
She was born on Jan. 15, 1926, in EauClaire, Pa., the daughter of William and Elsie Kerr Layton.
