ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Mary Matyas Rufo, 86, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013.
Born in Warren, she was one of 11 children born to Mike and Maria Hrinko Matyas.
She was a longtime employee of the Board of Elections in Warren.
