WARREN - Dixie V. Sallaz, 89, of Warren, passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 at Liberty Arms Assisted Living in Liberty.
She was born Feb. 26, 1924, in Idabel, Okla., the daughter of Robert and Nona Mills Maddux.
