CORTLAND - Lucy Kean Gray Carson Athya, 91, died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland.
She was born on Oct. 6, 1922, in Cortland, the daughter of Charles and Ruth Wanamaker Kean.
