WARREN - Raymond Gary Tackett, 69, passed away Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Raymond was born Feb. 2, 1944, in Olive Hill, Ky., the son of John and Ina Mae Tacket.
He was a graduate of Olive Hill Kentucky High School.
