WARREN - Chad Wray Holley, 26, of Warren, passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. A cause of death is pending.
Chad was born Dec. 5, 1986, in Windsor, the son of Mark Holley and Vickie Caraway Holley.
