HUBBARD - Shirlene M. Deal, 72, died at 5:26 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, in her home.
She was born on April 29, 1941, in Carbon, W.Va., the daughter of Charles and Edna Tincher Mainous.
Shirlene retired from Youngstown State University.
