WARREN - Raymond E. Young Jr., 78, passed away at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation from complications of lung cancer.
He was born April 10, 1935, in Garrettsville, the son of the late Raymond E. and Wilma R.
