HOWLAND - Barbara Lynne Ochtyun, 66, of Howland Township, died Sunday morning, Aug. 4, 2013, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.
She was born Feb. 9, 1947, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Cyril and Cecelia Helen Adams Day.
